Prices

All prices shown are in sterling (£) and include both inc VAT and ex VAT prices. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. VAT is added to all goods sold in the UK and EU.

Returns/Refunds

If you are not 100% happy with your goods you may return them at any time in good condition for exchange or refund, provided this is done within 21 days of receipt. Postage will be refunded only if the item(s) were faulty on receipt. Please return goods to The Christmas Company at Burford, 59 High Street, Burford, Oxfordshire OX18 4QA. No claim for the goods lost in transit can be considered more than 60 days after dispatch either on the way to you or if being returned by you.

Delivery

Every effort will be made to dispatch goods to you within 5 days of receipt of your order. You will be advised by email when your goods have been dispatched.

Postage and Packing

We charge:
£ 2.50 for orders sent within the UK
£ 5.60 for orders sent within the European Union
£ 5.75 for orders sent to the Rest of the World

In the case of large multiple orders, postages charges will be calculated by weight. If it is necessary to do this, we will contact you to get your consent.

All orders within the UK will be sent using a “Recorded” Royal Mail service. This requires a signature on delivery and includes insurance of up to £100. Orders outside the UK will be sent via registered Airmail. This also requires your signature on delivery, and includes insurance up to £30.

Taxes

You are responsible for any local import duties that my be charged.

Out of Stock

We will notify you immediately if an item you have ordered is out of stock .

Colour and Design

All products are handmade. Colour and design may vary slightly from website picture.

Security

Our site uses a secure server software whenever you place an order. It encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card number, name, address to minimize the risk of it being intercepted before it reaches us. We will not disclose your details to any third party.
